It all began with the Cooper family, his Mother and Father owned this gracious property and the Son then raised his own family along with his grandchildren at 42 Waterview Road in the heart of Stanley Point.I was introduced to them and our story unfolded. They had a delightful home, one that had many memories, young and old and so their journey began and they committed to upgrading the property upon my advice to get the property market ready after nearly 50 years living within these walls. They were committed and invested a lot of love and personal time into the project and threw everything into the process.We sold after a Tender campaign with a listed price and they are now beginning there next chapter up North.My clients were a complete joy to work with and it was a privilege to be part of the journeyand I sincerely wish them all the very best!
