The Story
A somewhat unknown area, Stillwater is only a 25 minute drive from the CBD. Rather than focusing on local buyers and those who were actively looking for a property in the area, we used the Herald Homes to draw buyers from all over Auckland.The response to our marketing was fantastic and on the auction day the house was full of people. We also had several conditional buyers who were hoping the property passed in, who unfortunately missed out.Although we had never sold in Stillwater before, this sale just goes to show that the tools we use in our marketing and our fresh approach, with a point of difference, gets results, no matter where in Auckland we are selling.
